We provide the infrastructure; you provide the craft. As a BXM Consultant, you are fully trained and supported while remaining entirely independent. Pick and choose the projects that align with your skills and manage your own schedule with absolute precision.
The Day-Rate Model
Work is paid on a Day-Rate basis, giving you the freedom to book your own breaks, manage other commitments, or scale your involvement as you see fit. Once a project is completed, your autonomy is absolute.
Note: Every Consultant has the opportunity to act as an Introducer. If you find and secure a project, you benefit from the same high-tier 10% ACV incentive structures as our Sales Agents.
